Scheduler is a simple and easy to use timetable application. It handles every timetable scenario you can think of at school. Caters for different complicated split combination or class merges.

You can have different periods for different Classes or Days in the same school. You can have a time based timetable by allocating different time to subjects and periods i.e. longer periods in the morning and shorter ones in the afternoon.

Class Based Learners - where learners remain in allocated classes and teachers move in to different classes per period.

Class Based Teachers - where teachers remain in allocated classes/rooms and learners move in to different classes/rooms per period.

 

Just type in your school timetable information and leave the rest to the computer.

Enter as many data as you want. No limitations no exceptions. Any number of Periods, Days, Teachers, Subjects or Splits.

Give grades and classes your own preferred names. If you don't want to call it Grade 12A then name it 12Science or anything you like.

Export your Timetable to Excel
